These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and the Attend Opco LLC text messaging program operated by Attend Opco LLC.

Messaging Program

The "Attend Opco LLC Care Coordination Alerts" program sends two separate kinds of text message. Informational messages cover care inquiries, scheduling and confirmation of assessments and home visits, appointment reminders, and care coordination. Marketing messages cover special offers and service updates. You consent to each kind separately, and you may consent to one, both, or neither. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.

Eligibility and Consent

  • You must be 18 years or older, or the parent or legal guardian of a minor recipient, to enroll.
  • Enrollment requires a valid United States mobile phone number that you own or are authorized to use.
  • Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or receiving any services from Attend Opco LLC.
  • Informational and marketing consent are collected as two separate optional checkboxes on our text message sign up page.

Opting Out and Getting Help

  • Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After you opt out, you will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed.
  • Reply START to resubscribe at any time.

Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is outside our control.
